Undergraduate scholarships
Tuition fees for 2012 entry at the University of St Andrews for students domiciled in England, Wales or Northern Island have been set at £9,000 per annum. There are no up-front tuition fees as you can apply for a government loan to cover the fees. In addition, the University offers Entrance Bursaries for students with a household income of £42,600 or lower, to top up existing loans and grants to a combined value of £7,500 per annum. More details can be found on the University's web pages for students from England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The University also offers a variety of scholarship awards to undergraduates and details can be found on the main University web pages. A number of subject-based scholarships in Computer Science are awarded annually, on academic merit. These are one-off awards made in the year of entry only. In the past three years we have made three awards annually of £1,000 each.
