Moni & Björn's wedding
When and Where
We are going to marry on Friday the 14th of September in Witzenhausen!
The wedding party is going to be on the same day at 6pm on the castle Burg Ludwigstein.
How to get there
- By train: The closest train station is Witzenhausen Nord. From there you can take a taxi which takes about 10 minutes.
For train connections please have look at www.bahn.de.
- By car:
The castle is situated by the B27 between Witzenhausen and Bad Sooden-Allendorf.

There is a parking lot directly by the castle.
- By plane:
A couple of airports which are close:
- Paderborn
- Hannover
- Frankfurt (Main)
If you come from Scotland, then you can try
www.airberlin.com
which is flying from Glasgow to Paderborn, with a
(possbily guaranteed) connection in London.
You could also try www.tuifyly.com which is flying from Newcastle to Hannover.
Where to sleep
It is possible to sleep in the youth hostel in the castle, which offers beds for 28.50 Euro per person per night.
If you would like to reserve a room there,
then please write an email to bjoernmoni(at)gmail.com as soon as possible and at the latest by the middle of July.
Alternatively you could reserve a room at the Burghotel Witzenhausen,
which is in the center of Witzenhausen. A taxi ride from Burg Ludwigstein to the hotel takes 10 minutes.
