Moroccan Salad (Chez Julia, Montfuron)

 

I enjoy eating out in restaurants and I decided that it might be helpful to keep notes on my experiences. As a professional academic rather than a restaurant critic, I don't claim to have a refined palate but I enjoy well-cooked food and reasonable wine. These notes reflect my own experience but I hope that they might be useful to others.

Currently, my list here is restricted to restaurants in Edinburgh, Scotland - the original motivation for the list was to give some advice to delegates visiting the city to attend the 2004 International Conference on Software Engineering. I have struggled to find time to add new entries to the list and to include food shops and restaurants elsewhere. To make this easier, I now have a blog for latest information on eating in Edinburgh. Up to date info will be on the blog before it gets onto this list.
