Research Overview

My principal research interests are in dependable socio-technical systems where I am interested in how human, social and organisational factors impact the dependability of complex systems. I am particularly interested in topics such as dependable system deployment, the dependability of inter-organisational systems and incorporating techniques of social analysis in systems engineering processes.
